This RESCUE! trap catches two kinds of beetles: the Japanese beetle, a destructive garden pest which infests and destroys over 300 varieties of ornamental plants, and the Oriental beetle, which feeds on roots of turfgrass, nursery stock, greenhouse ornamental crops and fruit. The trap uses floral scents proven to be a natural attractant, along with the beetle's natural pheromone. The trap uses a scientifically designed method to control the release of these natural lures to draw both male and female beetles to the trap. EasyLock bottom allows trap to be emptied and reused. Once inside, they cannot fly out of the trap. Made in the USA.
