What You’ll Do:

• Own Your Territory: Travel throughout your region to strengthen existing partnerships and open doors to new accounts.
• Sell Across Seasons: Represent top categories in Lawn, Garden, Patio, and Holiday Décor, positioning retailers for success all year long.
• Spot Opportunities: Identify seasonal trends, secure product displays, and promote weekly fill-in orders.
• Be the Expert: Introduce customers to new products, merchandising solutions, and marketing programs that drive sell-through.
• Shine at Industry Events: Represent Arett Sales at major shows including our Open House Trade Show, Summer Marketplace, and the Good Tidings Holiday Showroom.
• Strategize & Deliver: Analyze sales performance, create tailored account strategies, and report on market activity all while ensuring outstanding customer service.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of outside sales experience (manufacturer or wholesale distributor experience preferred).
• Background in lawn & garden retail is a strong plus.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• A valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
